Is too much chemistry bad?

My Dear

Namaste! How are you feeling today? This week has been exciting for me as I've taken some time to plan what my business will be like this year. Have you taken some time to plan what you want to experience, share and obtain in 2014?

I'm happy to share that I'll be offering more ways to connect with me than I have before (both for new and past clients) and also plan on offering a limited number of free 60-minute heart to heart clarity sessions again in early February (exact dates to be announced on another email soon).

Today I want to talk about a topic that is often misunderstood by both men and women and as a result, way too many couples who shouldn't be together, remain together far longer than is healthy.

I'm taking about the power of extreme chemistry to distort the truth of what a relationship is. I feel that relationships without chemistry are bound to fail in intimacy but the probability of extremely passionate relationships to suffer is also great.

Why would I say this?

The answer is simple: an intense chemical connection has a way of blinding both people involved (especially at the beginning) in a sense that vital forces essential for the sustainability of the relationship are overlooked and disregarded as less important than the strength of the emotional connection experienced.

The last couple of weeks I've heard from quite few of you who've courageously shared with me the pain you're experiencing because one of such relationships recently ended. So today I decided to create a video that shares 3 vital areas to take into account if you find yourself attracted to someone in a way that is explosive in nature.

If you've ever felt such an intense sense of chemistry with someone, the kind that leaves you unable to think or act in a natural way for weeks on end, the video below will offer you a few distinctions that are crucial to keep in mind as you evaluate the likelihood that your relationship will make it beyond the initial honeymoon phase.

My interview at Women's Movement Radio Show

Earlier this week an interview I recently did with my friend Janét Aisenstros aired on her radio show for women.

During this interview I had an opportunity to talk about a wide range of subjects from the reasons behind why I do what I do, to very specific advice on how women can create an amazing relationship with the man they want.

You can listen to it in full on the show's Itune's archives. (It's the interview with an air date of 1/14/2014).

Wishing you an amazing day and sending you lots of love,

-Bern
