Radical kindness

Have you ever had someone touch your soul and reconnect you to your truth in such an elegant and surprising way that by the moment you changed you didn't even realize what took place? 

Have you ever had someone show up so selflessly and care so deeply about your well being that you actually quiet your mind, listen to your heart and start being way more gentle with yourself?

I recently had the blessing of listening to a very wise friend who reminded me of the importance of taking better care of myself. It sounds like such an obvious thing to do and yet, I've been on such an insane pace for the past three years that certain activities such as sleeping, eating on time and unwinding have been pretty rare in my life.

So I've been listening to this gifted healer who so generously shared her wisdom with me and although I know I still have a very long way to go, can start to see the light of a new dawn much closer in my horizon than I have in years. 

How about you? as this year is approaching a close, how kind are you being with the most important person alive, YOU?

My wish for you is that you get to experience the light and peace that comes from listening to your inner guide who wants to hold you, praise you and keep you safe.

A common challenge I see taking place in the dating scene all the time is when women connect with a great guy and out of their desire to move things along, start taking a leading role in their pursuit of him. 

There is nothing inherently "wrong" with doing this, except that if you're interested in connecting with a masculine, driven guy, this seemingly harmless habit will deflate his willingness to step-up to the plate.

Based on this common problem, I recorded a video that offers you a simple frame of mind that can help you create a much more solid foundation when you are on the early stages of a new relationship with a man who's actually worth it.
