Sweet ,
Hello, I'm finally back from a ten day adventure with my family (in Winchester, MA and Martha's Vineyard) and have to say that I feel so damn lucky to be connecting with you today from this space of fullness.
No matter how much I intellectually "get" how outstanding is the power of connecting with nature, somehow I always seem to find an excuse to avoid spending time in solitude. This trip however, offered me an opportunity to reconnect with the beauty and depth of what is perfect just the way it is.
I experienced several deeply moving moments where my heart was so fully aligned with the beauty of the environment, that there was absolutely nothing "missing" or lacking for that brief space of time.
I know that you're aware of what I'm speaking about, so my question to you is this: how often are you letting life get in the way of your sacred time with your surroundings vs creating a conscious space to just be?
My invitation to you today is to find a way to join me in creating a habit that allows you to sustain a feeling of lasting ease by getting back to the basics of what it means to be fully alive.
