Transforming pain

Sweet

When you think about making a BIG difference in people's lives, what's the first thing that comes to your mind? I know for a lot of people this experience is associated with a large charity, a thriving startup or an incredibly successful practice of some sort.

For other people, making a significant difference is tied to a large dollar amount or a certain level of social or political influence. When it really comes down to making a difference in people, often times the simplest most overlooked acts of kindness have the ability to create the most radical changes in others.

In addition to that, a small yet thoughtful moment can remind you in one alive instant of who you really are and even more importantly, why you're really here.

A smile, a hug, a heartfelt word of praise. A look, a touch, a moment of presence. A generous ear that listens without judgement, a selfless action that spontaneously stems from your everyday living.

When we come back to the basics of being human and remember that the bigest thrill in life does not come from what we get but from what we give, that same day, the drama of being alive takes a backseat and lets the experience of being alive take the wheel.
How to transform the pain from the past to become more valuable to him

Many women who've experienced some form of deep pain from their past go through life with a sense of shame, guilt, regret and almost a feeling of burden from carrying around this "thing/problem". At times it even feels like this past almost demands an apology when presenting it to a potential partner (aka, a man you're really into).

Today I'm sharing a short 5 minute-video that can, in  a practical way, show you how to use any painful situation from your past as an advantage to become much more valuable in the eyes of a worthy man.

If you think this would be a valuable skill to learn, I invite you to hop over to the blog to check out what this is all about.
I'm also super excited to share that this week I had the honor of being interviewed by the awesome Andrea Owen. Andrea is a friend and colleague I respect and admire a lot and who I had the pleasure of interviewing her for my show a few months ago.

Today the tables turned and she got a chance to ask me some thoughtful and vulnerable questions about love, intimacy, communication between men and women and feminine and masculine energy.

This interview was incredibly fun to record, is packed with great questions/answers and you can listen to it in full by clicking on the link below.
All my love & light,
