Happy Friday! 

If you happen to be on the northern hemisphere, the fall has finally reached you and that is such a life-awakening feeling (I know it is for me).

The fall reminds me to die to the old and prepare to be born to the new.

It reminds me to shift gears from an outward expression and start going within.

And so as part of this theme, I want to share a quick little video I made for you that talks about three real ways for your guy (or the guy who's interested in you) - to value your worth a lot more.

Because what could feel better than the freedom of showing up the way you really are and deeply connect with human beings from this place?

It will only take you about 4 minutes to watch the whole thing, but the results of practicing these ideas could last a lifetime.
